Jonathan first started his career kicking and screaming, literally, in his grandmother’s Capitol Hill real estate office. Interested in real estate his father, also a Washington real estate broker, employed Jonathan’s talents of the computer and secretarial skills in his office during Jonathan’s high school years. It was here that he became truly versed in many facets of real estate including marketing and negotiating. Following in the footsteps of his grandmother and father, Jonathan received his real estate license in 2001. Since he has become an accomplished negotiator with an unparallel skill set not found in most of today’s agents. Combining good old fashioned methods and negotiating tactics with modern practicality and technology Jonathan has been able to negotiate residential properties in all price points; work with investors on project acquisition, design and sales; as well as represent sellers and buyers in small to medium commercial transactions.

Jonathan has received the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Certification in combination with the Multi-Million Dollar Guild designation for his outstanding performance in the luxury market from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Jonathan is also a recipient of numerous awards for production, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Captiol Area Association of Realtors, and the Washington, DC Association of Realtors. He is also an alum of St. John's College High School in Washington, DC.
